1) Masters Degree in relative industry

3) graduate of a Community College in Korea
1 year required work experience may be discard if labor shortage is recognized
Must graduate from a school which is under the Higher education policy. ​

4) Bachelor’s Degree or above from a domestic University
may be accepted without relative degree to the position if the job position has been approved
Person who has graduated school as a student visa will not follow the foreign and domestic worker ratio
Must graduate from a school which is under the Higher education policy. ​

5) Recommended by local government branch or department.
A person who has an annual income of prior year is 1.5 times greater than GNI of South Korea and has received recommendation will be exempt from all education and work experience requirements.​

6) High income professional personnel
A person who has an annual income of prior year 3 times greater than the GNI of South Korea will be exempt from all education and work experience requirement.
(does not require recommendation from the local government branch or dept.) ​

7) Personnel who has received recommendation from the local government branch or dept in the science and technology industry.
Considering that the applicant received preferential treatment, requirements for job recommendation will be stronger.​

8) high tech industry intern
Personnel who has gone through an internship with D-10-3 for 1 year in a high-tech company and will be officially hired by the company while maintain equal or greater than GNI of South Korea will be exempt from education and work experience requirement.
